Refund policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered. To request a replacement, you must:
- Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
Cancellation Policy
